Candidate Profile :

Skills: 
1. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support roles

2. Establish working knowledge & application of specialized tool sets required for role

3. Demonstrate internal operational knowledge of process work flow

4. Apply experience and judgment to make decisions on standard work efforts

5. Basic understanding of the work processes and procedure

6. Completes a wide range of tasks and assignments

7. Exceptions are usually resolved with the assistance of the team lead
